Monthly inspections of all common areas upon request. Periodic repairs will be done, and all work will be supervised. All common areas will be kept clean and presentable. Trash and recyclables will be sorted/arranged before night pickup. Trash receptacles will be kept clean. Rent and maintenance fees/service charges will be collected, and bills will be paid in a timely manner. Records of finances, inspections, and leases will be kept in an orderly manner. Pictures/Photos will be taken of all phases of work for future reference.

Tenants, condo or co-op owners can call or email with any issues that need to be addressed. All calls and emails will be responded to within 24 hours. All maintenance requests and repairs will be kept.
